The Management Angels are specialists. We exclusively deal with the professional realisation of Interim Management projects. Interim Management is a new job description; a new, flexible entrepreneurial and project-oriented way of working.
As a provider of temporary managers we are often called “providers” or “agents” who hand out CVs. From the clients point of view we function like a blackbox, out of which the appropriate CVs drop out within 48 hours. Nevertheless the Management Angels offer a variety of other, beneficial services.

Provider as „Shadow Manager“

As opposed to an agent, our work does not end with the placement. Also during ongoing projects we support both the manager and the client, and function as “Shadow Manager”. The Management Angels also meet with clients and the Interim Manager during the course of a project. They are the contact person in case of problems and offer support wherever it seems necessary.

We support our clients in the beginning of the project with the job description and, if desired, in defining the milestones.Our support ranges from the guiding of the Interim Manager to making contacts to our own networks.

Access to our network

An increasing percentage of projects are international. The Management Angels maintain partnerships with other market leading Interim Management providers in important European regions. This way you can also easily carry out international projects.
